Refund and Exchange Policies

Domestic Returns 
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item within which you can request a return. 
To start a return, contact us at info@patsuttondesigns.com. to leave a record of your issue. We can then provide you with a return address. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted, please do not return your item to the manufacturer. You can always contact us for any return questions at info@patsuttondesigns.com.
 
Returns on any orders within the US of $100 and up will be eligible. Simply send us an email to info@patsuttondesigns.com expressing any issues and we will refund your shipping and costs to your original form of payment. Just a reminder all clothing and accessories must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date, in an unused condition in order to obtain a full refund of the product price and shipping.
 Shipping delays due to COVID will be considered, but after 45 days, we will be willing to provide store credit of the entire transaction only. 
Once we receive the "like new" merchandise back, we will process your refund/credit within 2 weeks,  through the original payment method. 

International Returns
For any return merchandise, we would like to hear your concerns. Simply send us an email to info@patsuttondesigns.com expressing any issues and we will provide you with a return address, refund your shipping and costs to your original form of payment. Just a reminder all clothing and accessories must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date, in an unused condition in order to obtain a full refund of the product price and shipping. Shipping delays due to COVID will be considered, but after 45 days, we will be willing to provide store credit of the entire transaction.

The fastest way to ensure your exchange that you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
 
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
