At Pat Sutton Designs, each item is made-to-order using a detailed process that includes printing, cutting, and sewing. Due to high demand and the nature of our production, please review the following timeline and details regarding order fulfillment and shipping:
Order Processing Times
After your order is placed, please allow 5–10 business days for production. This includes the print, cut, and sewing process required to prepare your item for shipment.
Estimated Shipping Times
We ship globally and do our best to deliver orders in a timely manner. However, due to international logistics and potential customs delays, shipping times may vary:
- United States & Canada: 3–5 weeks
- All Other Countries: 3–8 weeks
Note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on your location, courier service, and customs processing.
Shipping Costs
- Free shipping is offered on all orders over $150 (before tax).
- Orders under this threshold will see shipping fees calculated at checkout based on destination and item weight.

Once your order has shipped, tracking details will be sent to the email you provided at checkout. Please note that tracking availability and updates may vary depending on your region and local courier.
